📅 When is the best time to book a party?
As early as possible! A £30 non-refundable administration fee is required to cover initial costs and secure your selected date and time. This fee is deducted from your final balance.

 

🧒 How many children can attend the party?
That depends on your chosen venue’s capacity. We’re happy to entertain as many children as your space safely allows — just check with your venue for restrictions.

 

🎂 What age groups do you cater for?
We welcome children of all ages, but our parties are best suited for ages 4 and up.

 

🕒 When can we have the party?
We offer parties 7 days a week, with 2-hour time slots available between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Saturdays and Sundays are the most popular and book up quickly, so don’t delay!

 

🎵 Can you play my child’s favourite songs?
Absolutely! We’re happy to include your favourite songs, TV themes, or any other music you'd like.
Send us a list in advance, and we’ll do our best to include them.
Our music library is updated weekly with the latest chart hits and party classics.

 

💷 How much does it cost?
We have a clear and honest pricing policy:

Standard 2-Hour Disco Party or School Disco Party – £150

or you can upgrade to a

UV Glow Party or Snow Foam Party for an additional  £50

A £30 administration fee applies to all bookings (deducted from your final balance).

 

📍 What areas do you cover?
We cover most venues within a 50-mile radius of our base in Netley Abbey, Southampton.

 

🎉 Do you provide special effects?
Yes! The following special effects are available at no extra cost (subject to availability):

🎉 Confetti Cannon

Important: Please check with your venue, as some effects may be restricted. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or fees resulting from their use.

Yes! We are fully covered for peace of mind:

£10 million Public Liability Insurance

All equipment PAT tested annually

Vehicles insured for business use

All staff DBS certified (documentation available on request)
