🔒 Booking & Payment Terms
A £30 non-refundable administration fee is required to secure your chosen date and time and to
cover initial planning and setup costs.
The remaining balance can be paid:
Online (up to 5 working days before the event), or in cash on the day of your party
🕐 Set-Up & Pack-Down
Set-up time: 1 hour before the event
Pack-down time: Approximately 30 minutes after the event
Please ensure venue access times account for these setup and clear-down periods.

📅 When is the best time to book a party?
As early as possible! A £30 non-refundable administration fee is required to cover initial costs and secure your selected date and time. This fee is deducted from your final balance.
🧒 How many children can attend the party?
That depends on your chosen venue’s capacity. We’re happy to entertain as many children as your space safely allows — just check with your venue for restrictions.
🎂 What age groups do you cater for?
We welcome children of all ages, but our parties are best suited for ages 4 and up.
🕒 When can we have the party?
We offer parties 7 days a week, with 2-hour time slots available between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Saturdays and Sundays are the most popular and book up quickly, so don’t delay!
🎵 Can you play my child’s favourite songs?
Absolutely! We’re happy to include your favourite songs, TV themes, or any other music you'd like.
Send us a list in advance, and we’ll do our best to include them.
Our music library is updated weekly with the latest chart hits and party classics.
💷 How much does it cost?
We have a clear and honest pricing policy:
Standard 2-Hour Disco Party or School Disco Party – £180
or you can upgrade to a
UV Glow Party or Snow Foam Party for an additional £50
A £30 administration fee applies to all bookings (deducted from your final balance).
